It was intense and at times overwhelming, but you finished. And now, you struggle to remember all you learned and often feel anxiety.
Resourcing has become easy, but secretly you wonder if you’re staying in Phase 2 too long. You know clients need to reprocess traumatic memories but you’re just not sure if they are ready and the fear of harming them is getting in your way.
